This programme is for experienced runners. After the 12 week programme, you will be able to run 21 km.

Running programme - advanced 

Are you used to running several times a week, but feel you are not making any progress and do not have a clear goal you are working towards? Then this running programme might just be perfect for you. After 12 weeks you will be able to run a half-marathon.

The programme is written by former Danish elite rower and world champion Mette Bloch.
